Order Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you need to adjust the size, variant, or other details, please contact our support team at info@auraessencestore.com before your order is processed.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to initiate a return:

  2. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  4. We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@auraessencestore.com. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

Exchanges

We do not accept direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original according to our return policy. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Aura Essence is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement or replacements in such cases. We recommend contacting the shipping provider for further assistance.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
